Information we collect
When you register, post a listing, or contact a seller, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, district, profile photo, and listing content including photos and vehicle details. If you use the KP Wheel mobile app, we may also collect device identifiers for push notifications and in-app messaging presence.
How we use information
We use your data to operate the marketplace, display listings, facilitate buyer–seller communication, improve search results, and send service-related notifications including OTP verification and message alerts.
Mobile app data
The Android and iOS apps connect to our servers at kpwheel.com and may use Firebase for real-time chat presence, typing indicators, and push notification delivery. We do not sell your personal data.
Data sharing
Seller contact details are shown only to registered users where required for privacy. Public listings display vehicle information declared by sellers.
Security
We apply industry-standard measures to protect accounts and stored data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your KP Wheel account from the mobile app under Profile → Delete account or from the website profile page. Requests are reviewed by our team; once approved, your profile, listings, favorites, messages, and device notification tokens are permanently removed. If you cannot access the app, contact us via the Contact page.
